Upgraded to Lion and now Skype won't recognise the imac camera. "Built in isight" is listed in the video prefrences but the test screen is blank. The Skype calls show a video icon with a cross through it and when I click it it blinks, then stays crossed off.
Camera works in facetime and photobooth (both apps closed down). Have restarted Skype but no change. Skype ok with Macbook Air, iPhone and iPad.
Any clues?

Just as a test reboot and then go directly into skype to check the camera.
By the way, if the camera is on you should see a lttle green indicator light next to it.
Because Apple apps work correctly but Skype does not, you may need to reinstall the latest version of Skype.
