Q: Prevent itunes from downloading apps that I downloaded directly to ipad

After I download an app directly to the ipad, how do I prevent itunes on the computer from downloading the same app all over again? I have limited bandwidth on the computer.

Turn off 'automatic downloads' on your computer's iTunes for apps - go into Edit > Preferences and it's on the 'Store' tab.
