quit apps instantly?

how to quit apps on iphone instantly at one go instad of closing them one by one?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

There is no universal method of quitting all Apps at one time, nor is one required. Very few Apps actually run in the background, unless specifically required to do so.
