Postcode: I can't set up an Apps account because the system won't accept my "post code". In fact we don't have post codes here in the UAE (I did register my ID as UAE), MY POB No isn't accepted, nor anything else. What to do?

I registered as a UAE resident, but the system seems to think I'm in the USA. It won't let me 'purchase' a free app, because it won't accept my post code. We don't have post codes in the UAE: we use POB numbers, but every variation on that, or wild guess at an American post code, is rejected. What to do?
