Charged but app did not download on iphone or itunes store
I recently tried to download/purchase 'whatapp' from my iphone (3gs). It asked for my password for itunes like it normally does but then as it was trying to download it I received an error msg. I tried to download it again and the same msg. Didn't think anything of it except for looking at my bank acct today, I got charged....Grrrrr. So I opened itunes, go into app store and it says "You do not have any purchased apps available to download."
I clicked the link from the email telling me I was charged to "report a problem", it takes me to itunes asks for my password to report and then it's an endless loop... same question.
How do I get this app on my phone or a refund please?
