iTunes charged for something I did not purchase

I just checked my bank statement and there is a $52. charge for somthing purchased on the iTunes store. I checkd my purchase histort and I did not purchase anything on that date or for that amount. I tried using the Apple Express but could not get anywhere. How can I get them to refund my money?
