In the Finder, go to:

yourname > Library > Application Support > iWork > Pages > Templates > My Templates.

Click the template name to select it, then drag it to the Trash OR press command-delete to move it to the Trash.

Using Lion?

In the Finder, press and hold the Option key while choosing the Go menu, then Library. Follow the rest of the path as above.

Barry

Hi Claire,

This process applies to templats that you have created. The ones supplied with Pages are stored elsewhere, and are part of the Pages package.

If this is one of your templates, check the following:

Click on the template icon, then press command-I to Get Info.

Check the Ownership and Permissions section of the Info window. Are you the Owner of the file? Do you have "Read and Write" permissions?

Regards,

Barry
