I'm in a project and want to import/open a sequence from another project into the current one...can't remember how to do it??

With the first project open, go to File->Open and navigate to the other project. Copy the Sequence you want, then click on the tab for the first project and paste the Sequence there.
Or, copy the contents (clips, transitions, etc) of one project's Timeline to the Timeline of the other project.

ahzo...but when I close and save 1st project, it won't include the other project will it?
No, just make sure you are in the correct project that you want to close, or if you have multiple projects open, Control - click on the Project tab you want to close and save and choose "Close Tab" from the drop down menu. Only that project will close and save.
or drag the sequence from the bin/browser of the original project to a bin/browser of the new project. Many ways to skin the cat.
