I have iTunes for Windows and when I put a CD in the driver - it doesn't prompt me to import the CD. I keep having to eject and put the CD back in to try and bring up the prompt. Is there anyway to manually import CDs if iTunes doesn't prompt you?

Select the CD in iTunes, then File > Import.
But the CD doesn't appear in iTunes. As far as iTunes is concerned, the CD doesn't exist.
