Is it worth it to try to fix my camcorder?
I've used a great ZR 700 Canon camcorder for five years and it's always done great work for me. So easy to use, with loads of great and simple-to-understand features.
But it developed a problem last week, where it can't playback footage properly. It seems to record okay, but when I import into the computer, the footage loses sound, develops audio pops and video jumps. When I play the footage in another camera, by and large it appears okay.
Is it worth trying to get this camcorder fixed?
