Q: Invalid drive /:J???

I can't upgrade my version of iTunes at all because whether I'm updating or attempting to new install I keep getting this error message even though there IS NO SUCH DRIVE on my computer at all. What the heck is going on?????

right click the download link and click "save target as" and then choose the location u want iTunes installer to be in. Right click the installer file then select 'run as administrator' to install.

"Invalid drive X:\" install errors
