usb cable can not changer

I just bought the new iPhone 4S 16Gb, but the USB and charger can not charger after 3rd time used, USB connect to computer but it does not recognized the iPhone at all.

The thing was surprised me its the buttom volume ➖ which very hard to press and its not working.
