Does the new AirPort Express (WWDC12) support power over ethernet?

Apple has quietly introduced a new AirPort Express. The old one did not support PoE (Power over Ethernet). Does the new one support this standard?

Not supported, according to an Apple genius that I spoke to yesterday.
