How to move files instead of copying them when dragging the title bar icon

Mac OS has an increadibly useful feature implemented in the title bar. When clicking on the file icon, I can copy the file to another location or create a link to it. Now, I would like to move the file when dragging the file icon. Does anyone know whether and if, how it works?
