Installing PCIe to Expresscard Reader for Sony SxS

I recently purchased a PCI to Expresscard Reader for Sony SxS. It is a plug and play type set up that just snaps into an empty PCIe bank. It requires an additional internal hookup of a mini USB to 5 pin connection that hooks up directly onto the motherboard. I have searched and searched and cannot find the 5 pin connection on the motherbaord.

The closest I can find is a 3 pin connection on the motherboard that looks like it is the same USB type connection, but I am affraid to try it fearing an electrical failure. The USB connection does fit correctly onto the 3 pin but that then leaves 2 un-connected. The wire has a white, red, green and 2 black wires if that helps.

Any help in pointing me to where this 5 pin connection on the motherboard might be?

Thanks!
