Q: ive have received a new redeem code for my dvd but it doesnt work FOX say its a UK code for my UK account but it still doesnt work, can anybody help?

Hi i have recently contacted FOX looking for a new redeem code for my family guy DVD so i can put it on my iPad. they sent me a new code, i tried it but it doesnt work it says that the code is invalid.

 

please can anyone help

    Are you certain that Fox sent you a redemption code for the iTunes Store and not one for another download store? If you're certain that the code is for the iTunes Store, you'll probably need to get back with Fox and have them send you another code.
