successful upload, I think?

Today I got the beautiful big green check mark saying my iBooks Author book package successfully got from iTunesProducer to iBookstore -- BUT THEN, afterward, a strange red line appeared, saying I have an unsaved version. This red error message then disappeared. Should I be worried? Anxious to get in the queue for review...
