My daughter (unbeknown to me) has downloaded £60 worth of in game coins etc on a game/app called chef city. She is only 5 and i was driving when she asked to play it which she usually does and the next day i get 4 invoices totalling around £60. My error i suppose as i have turned off in-app purchases on the i-pad but not on the i-phone (4s)
I have read that i can reclaim these from Apple but dont know how to do it, when on itunes looking at purchase history i 'report a problem' and it diverts me straight to the Apple support page but no other instructions
