Changed Qmaster Cluster storage and now cannot export with Compressor or Quicktime

Hello,

My computer:

OS X v. 10.5.8

Processor 2 x 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

Memory 4 GB 667 MHz DDr2 FB-DIMM

FCP: 6.0.5

Compressor: 3.0.5

I just changed the cluster storage for Qmaster when trying to get some video files exported. The computer I am on has very little space left on it's hard drive (an issue I in the process of resolving) and Compressor wasn't able to complete it's cue of exports and the HD was filling up. So I did some googling and after reading Apple's "Using Cluster Storage" article I changed the location of the Qmaster cluster storage to a secondary drive hoping this would allow the cue to finish.

I restarted the exports and they all failed immediately. Then I restarted the computer and tried again but now they claim to be "successful" exports but the files are averaging 4.5mb (when they should be 1.5GB at least) and they contain no information and the export itself lasts about 1 second..

Now I just want to return the Qmaster cluster storage back to it's default location and start from scratch.. But I cannot access the var/spool/qmaster files, in fact when I look them up using terminal it doesn't exist anymore and I don't know how to access that folder anyways.

Please help. At best I would like to return the system to normal and clean up my hard drive to create more space. I do not need to set up a network on Qmaster for rendering and exporting at this time.

Thank you.

Compressor, Mac OS X (10.5.8), Apple Qmaster

An update:

I figured out how to redirect my cluster storage back to var/spool/qmaster by using the command apple+shift+G

but that has not fixed the problem. I am still unable to export using compressor. It makes an incomplete 4.3MB .mov file when I try to convert any type of video file. And the export only lasts a second.
