How to set up home page on iPad

If you're talking Safari, you can't. Try another browser such as iCabMobile that has that feature.

Another option is to access your desired home page from Safari and save that as an icon on your homescreen and then just access Safari that way. Press the bottom middle icon in Safari and select Add to Home Screen.

Which bottom middle icon ? I don't see any icons.

Would very interested in this solution.
