my refresh button disappeared from outlook so I can no longer sync with my icloud????

For Outlook 2007, follow these steps to verify the iCloud Outlook Add-in is active

1. Open Outlook 2007.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Trust Center.
3. Select Add-ins from the left column.
4. Look at the list of add-ins beneath "Active Application Add-Ins" and verify that the "iCloud Outlook Add-in" is listed.

Mine is showing in the innactive section. Need to move active. How to I do this?

Go to Tools>Trust Center>Add-Ins, at the bottom next to "Manage:" choose "COM Add-Ins" from the drop-down list and click "Go". In the next screen check "iCloud Outlook Add-In" and click OK. You may need to close and re-open Outlook for the change to take place.
