I need an app to translate ibooks into chinese (built into the app)

Hello all,

I am trying to download an app for my iPad which will work as a plugin to the ibooks app that will translate some words (highlighted ones like when you are trying to define them) into chinese.

If this is just plain not possible, is there another app in which I can download books (in English), read them, and then select portions of it (highlght) and translate those portions into chinese?
