It seem like when I try and preview music at Itunes Store, it stops after 10 seconds.  It used to play a song for at least 90 seconds.... ????

Doublechecking ... do you still get that if you update to iTunes 10.6.3.25?

I have 10.6.3.25 and am having the same problem.

I can only play for 15 seconds and preview stops. If it matters I'm running Windows 7 (64-Bit)

I also just downloaded v10.6.3.25 (using Vista) and have the same abbreviated preview issue. To Itune Support, this seems to have been posted here back on June 12th. As of June 22nd there are no responses as to how this can be fixed. How about an update with a patch for this obvious widespread issue? Or do we just rollback to the previous "working" version?.

I'm having the same problem, songs stop at 22 secs of the 1:30 snippet  in iTunes store (top songs) preview, but plays normally in music section--this is new to me, am using v10.6.3.25 on a mac...

    1. Use these DNS: Google and Verizon DNS
    Primary DNS = 8.8.8.8 Secondary DNS = 4.2.2.1

    2. Then apply these instructions:

    Windows XP

    1. On the Start menu, click Run.
    2. In the Open field type cmd and click OK.
    3. In the resulting window, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Return(Enter) on the keyboard.
    4. You should see a message that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed.

    Windows Vista and Windows 7

    1. On the Start menu, point to All Programs > Accessories and then right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator from the shortcut menu. If Windows needs your permission to continue, click Continue.
    2. In the resulting window, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Return(Enter) on the keyboard.
    3. You should see a message that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed.

Your problem should be 100% solved

No my problem wasn't resolved - i did it 3 times, closed all browsers and restarted my computer.  It doesn't help one bit.  I Have the latest version of iTunes (10.6.3.25) as of Sat. July 14 2012.  So do you have any other ideas that might work?

Not ALL the songs from one album stop playing after 5-10 seconds, just most of them.

Me too!    Doesn't seem to matter whether you have a Mac or a Windows OS either.   Come ON Apple.  It started happening about three or four major version updates ago.   Do something!

I have 10.5.0.142 and nothing helps either.
