Your ipod nano is trying to update to your new songs on your itunes that u have purchassed, and if u dont have a new 2.0 gigaherts thing it says u need for your computer it says u need for it, it can damage your ipod and your computer, but u can pick one of them up at any local computer store.

hello, do you have your ipod in dissk mode??? with ipod conected, open itunes, preferences, ipod, is disc mode enabled????
