Q: Unable to see Wi-Fi status. After Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync it displays "Sync will resume when R300764 AHWR001 is available". This has happened ever since I got my iPhone 3G 3 months ago. Any suggestions? Thanks

Unable to see Wi-Fi status after connecting to power source. After tapping Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync, the message reads: Sync will resume when "R300764AHWR001" is available. Could someone tell me how to sync my iPhone 3G to ITunes, please? Thank you. Jan

iPhone 3G doesn't support Wi-Fi sync or IOS 5.1.1. You have to connect to iTunes using the dock connector to sync.

Unless you have a iPhone 3GS or jailbroken.
