Please HELP! Cant download ITunes U Videos!

Hello... I am having difficulty downloading a series of ITunes U videos. The viIdeo downloads all the way to 100% then completely disappears off the ITunes U playlist as well as my hard drive. I have tried running ITunes in Administrator Mode... its like like its not even copying the video to my hard drive. Please Help!
