Iphone Stolen

Hi, my Iphone was stolen. I tried to locate via icloud, but it was already switched off. I told Icloud to lock my iphone when it is online again... Now, after 5 days nothing happend and I bought a new Iphone. I will use icloud again, but now my question: When i synchronize my new iphone with my account, what happens with my old Iphone and the request to lock it??
