My camera and siri have completely disappeared from my iphone 4s. Any ideas on how to get it back? I have already tried restoring it, I have already tried pushing the on/off button and the front botton at the same time.
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1
Also - I believe they disappeared when I turned on my icloud backup on my 4s phone and on my old iphone 3 (that doesn't have a sim card in it). The icloud function was turned on on both of them and I think somehow their files/hardware got "mixed up' in icloud!
Are restrictions enabled?
Is there an Exchange account configured on the device? These can sometimes block certain features of the device depending on the policies on the Exchange server.
Are you able to find the camera app if you search for it?
Is Siri Enabled in Settings?
And finally... basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?
