While we all have MacBooks in this forum most of us don’t run Lion. There's a Lion Support Community where everybody has Lion. You should also post this question there to increase your chances of getting an answer. https://discussions.apple.com/community/mac_os/mac_os_x_v10.7_lion

"deleted my startup diskl" No problem:
Since you run Lion:
startup while holding the Alt(option) key:
you will be shown the possibilities to start from:
choose the "recovery disk".
Then reinstall Lion from there. Make sure you have internet access.

Hold Command + Option + R + P before your Apple logo shows up. Hold it until your second reboot. and you will be able to redownload fresh copy of Lion from Recovery mode. Make sure you bought a OS X Lion in Mac App Store!
