Belkin F5D8235-4 V.2

So I just recently bought this router from a Groupon and was excited for the usb port to turn my 1tb usb drive into a NAS. Low and behold after an hour or so with Belkin customer support they say that the router doesn't support Lion, only 10.4 and 10.5....who uses those operating systems still? I was wondering if anyone here has this router with Tomato, openwrt, or dd-wrt and has the usb port working for Lion. That would be really sweet. Thanks!
