How do I get my pictures from iCloud to my iPhone?

I had to restore my iPhone due to a lost password and my photos were saved to iCloud, so I restored the iPhone to factory settings. How do I get the pictures back on to my iPhone? And for that matter...any other data saved to iCloud.
