Access HDD after SSD upgrade?

I've just upgraded my first get MacPro (1.1 2006) with a Vertex 2 SSD from OCZ. Installation was easy and the SSD sits in the 2nd optical drive. I used Carbon Copy Cloner to mirror my former system hard drive and it booted super fast.

Unfortunately, none of my HDD appear. I can't even insert a CD or flash drive. It won't recognize any file format.

Flashing SMC/PRAM only helped me that the Mac booted from the old HDD again.

Running Disk Utility or Disk Warrior won't let me mount the drives either.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks, Sven
