Time for my next stupid question.

I have embedded keynote foles that expand on selection in mt ibook. They are portrait on a landscape display (intentionally) and the empty space either side is white. Can that colour be changed?

Thanks.

Glenn.

If you mean inside the widget....that widget should have a background color attribute.

    Use Graphic Inspector/Fill/Color Fill

No. I mean once the keynote is selected and it zooms full screen. The fullscreen page has empty space either side which is white. (portrait on a landscape display) which I would like to change colour.

And... sorry for my poor typing. It was early when I posted .

If you ignore my typos, I'll ignore yours

There are three backgrounds under your control.

    - page (via iBA)

    - widget (via iBA)

    - keynote contents (via Keynote)

Try adding a colored image on the page behind your widget then test on a device (landscape) - I know we've gone over this before here, but I don't recall the results...if it leaves you hanging I'll see what I can ferret out.

    - page (via iBA)

Regardless of what I set the page to, the edges beside the expanded keynote page are still white.

    - widget (via iBA)

Nothing. Tried both an image and a solid black but it's still white.

    - keynote contents (via Keynote)

background colorfill set to black and new slides appear black but the srrounds are still white.

I will continue to dig about.
