You are not addressing Apple here at all.

We are all itunes users just like you.

No one from Apple is going to respond to you.

You cannot purchase some content because the owners of the distribution rights to that content currently does not allow Apple to sell it.

None of your questions can be answered here.

Is it permitted to discuss about iTunes ?
if so, you mention that: "You cannot purchase SOME content", we can not purchase ANY content (only applications)!!!
And It's doesn't make sense that ALL the content distribution in the world (include israelis artists) does not allow Apple to sell in israel….
If this is not the right place to raise the issue -I apologize, but we need the community (your) support to solve this issue.
