You can't. It will need a complete restore via iTunes
Do as the manual says and restore the iphone.
ok, when I hook it too my mac to try and connect it to Itunes to restore a message appears that says "must unlock passcode to connect"
Is it even possible to reset the Iphone without being able to connect to the mac or get into the phone becase of the passcode that no one remembers
Put the phone into DFU mode to do the restore, a quick google will have the guide on how to do that for you
