Here's the scenario:

 

User was in another domain that was running Exchange 2010 Server and his email was running fine.  User transferred to my market which is in another domain.  We migrated his AD account to my market and now his email synching is not working.  I've gone as far as deleting his exchange setup, rebooting, recreating account and still no luck.  I took into apple store today and they did everything short of resetting device to factory default.   What's interesting is that his email is working fine on android device, and all other devices EXCEPT apple.  Setup looks to complete fine as I get all blue check marks when entering all the exchange info, its only when I go into mail app and try to synch that I get the "cannot connect to server" error.

 

Any ideas?
