Reply icon not showing in full screen mode

Hello, I just switched from Oultook 2011 to Lion Mail. I have 2 different accounts, Office 365/Exchange 2010 and iCloud. I noticed that when I reply to any message while is full screen mode, the reply icon is not showing up. The reply icon is the curved arrow pointing left for replies. Any comments?
