Airplay Mirroring
Can airplay mirroring be used on apple tv with a macbook pro late 2011 edition?

yes it can be done make sure to upgrade to lion then mirroring is in the top right corner

This comment sounds similar to my problem....I just bought Apple TV exclusively to air play/ mirror from my new I-pad.
The device looks like it connects and the icon displays with the top blue bar changing colour, however the display flickers between I-pad/ Apple TV constantly..in short I can't get the mirroring to work.
Is this an apple fault with ISO 6:O:1?
