i am using iphone 3gs, i don't have this option to set my apn manually

just got dodo prepaid sim card, try setup using unlockit profile but doesn't work, and dodo send me their apn, i can't change the apn, when i click celular data, only got option on and off doesn't have option to set the apn

iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1

I need to set my apn also but I cannot use the 3.5 version because I am still using OS 10.5.8 and it only works with 10.6 and higher. Can you give any help finding 3.3 version of the iphone config. utility? All sites seeem to default to 3.5 now... Thanks.
