Will my Logic Pro 7 songs open in Logic Studio?

Hi Guys, Im currently running Logic Pro 7 on my mid 2007 white Intel Macbook & using an Apogee Duet as my interface.

I will be buying a new 15" Macbook Pro (just updated this week June 2012) in the next few weeks & will most probably get Logic Studio along with the Macbook.

Firstly I was wondering if Logic Pro 7 will run on Lion/Mountain Lion & the new Macbooks? If it does I will hold off on Logic Studio & wait until Logic X appears. If not then how easy is it to open & transfer my songs, audio & midi files recorded in Logic Pro 7 into Logic Studio?

Secondly will my Apogee Duet (first version not the Duet2) work with the new Macbook Pro & Lion? (If I have to buy an new interface I will be pretty annoyed!!)
