Jan 28, 2014 11:27 AM in response to carolj.fromnoby romas_z,The easiest way to shut Voice Over on iPhone was by using Siri Just hold the Home button until Siri comes up and say “Voice Over off”. That’s it! I do agree that this feature is very annoying for the people not using it and it should have an option to disable it permanently.

Jan 28, 2014 1:47 PM in response to romas_zby Lawrence Finch,It doesn't on my iPhone 5S. Of course, I have never "accidently" clicked 3 times, but I've tried it multiple times just now, and it just opens the Quick Launch ribbon, then closes it. It never turns on VoiceOver.

Jan 28, 2014 1:55 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby romas_z,Hmmmm... I also have 5s and I though and was clicking only 2 times. I've just said "3 times accidently" because I don't know how to explain this glich. I thought it's just me... I guess there are more people experiencing the same problem.
