Q: Followed the steps prescribed by Apple, still getting err -50 during itunes video download

Downloading the final episode of a season. Downloaded 3 in succession with no problem. The final one gives me Err -50. I followed the steps about trashing the .tmp file that is in my itunes downloads folder 3x. Still getting the error. I checked my purchase history. The cost of this particular episode was split between my pre-paid itunes gift card and the credit card associated with my account. --Because the gift card only had enough funds to cover part of the cost. I'm running 10.6.8 on my iMac and itunes 10.6.1 (7).

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)
