Help, I just bought a brand new MacBook Pro 2011 and I've downloade adobe flash, java, silverlight EVERYTHING i know of and I cannt watch Facebook videos ! :/ Please HELP !

After you downloaded that stuff did you install them and then restart your browser?
yes i restarted my comp also ..
its showing a thumbnail of the video but when i click play it just remains black
Ignoring the silverlight and java stuff, and concentating on flash, because that is all you should need for the flash videos, did you download that flash installer from the adobe flash plugin download page?
If it was successfully installed you should have a Flash Player system preference. Do you?

Just to see that this is not just specific to facebook, try playing some youtube videos.
If you're using Safari, have you tried another browser such as Firefox or Chrome?

yes right before i read this i tried chrome and it works !!!!!! thanks for your reponses 🙂
Great - I don't use Safari much - just Firefox. Have run into very few problems with it. You may want to give it a shot as well.
