My Podcast logo disappeared from iTunes store

I can't be of much help, I'm afraid. The image is correctly referenced in the feed, and is present on the server. Others have complained recently of similar problems, and it may be that the Store is suffering glitches: as your feed is OK there isn't really much you can do about it.

I am having a similar problem. I set up my Podcast a couple years ago and was able to see my logo on The Podcast Page. Now I only see the generic Podcast logo.

And now I see the generic Apple Podcast Logo. How do I get my photo back?

Please don't double post. It just confuses the issue.

Your image is correctly referenced in the feed: I'm afraid there isn't really anything you can do about it as you've done your part correctly. It's just a matter of waiting for the Store to catch up.

Thank you for the quick reply Roger. I contacted Apple directly and they asked me to send them a 600 x 600 JPEG which I did. I guess I will see what happens. 😉

If you've changed the image make sure to change its filename - if the URL isn't different the Store has no way of knowing that it's changed.

Yes, I used a different photo and name.

Can you let me know how you were able to contact them directly? I've had trouble with getting a photo up for months now and don't know where else to turn.

Apparently something worked for Gregro7. Gregro7 if you can let us know what worked, I'd greatly appreciate it.

They seemed to be very responsive. They got back to me in less than 24 hours. They asked me to send them 600 x 600 photo which I did. Also, I re-uploaded my photo. So it is hard to say if the resolution was atrributed to them or the help I got here. I say it is worth reaching out to them. They are obviously responsive and the issue was resolved within short order.
