It appears that Update 9 has broken my ability to run Final Cut Server (client). Anyone else experiencing this?

Java Update 9 has broken my ability to log into my Final Cut Server. Other Macs not upgraded can still use our FInal Cut Server so the FCS system is working fine.

Anyone willing to offer an explanation?

Final Cut Server, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

This is new. Here's what gets deactivated after a while and can be reactivated. Even though I keep Java disabled up the wazoo, I've installed it, since it includes patches for new vulnerabilities, and never know when I may have to run an applet. Actually, just needed to the other day. And, yes, it includes the previous updates.
