Delete logic pro 9 and Re-install?

Hi,

Some software instruments in my newly purchased version of Logic Pro 9 are missing sounds. I checked "download additional content" and it says everything is completely installed.

Should I delete Logic Pro and reinstall it? I don't really have anything recorded i want to save. Apple wouldn't prevent me from reinstalling it if I just bought it, would they?
