It's great to see that apple have update iPhoto to allow the import and watching of AVCHD videos. However, when I play mine, the quality is very bad. Almost like the frame rate cannot keep up. There are horizontal lines in the video as movements happen. Does anyone know how I might fix this? Is anyone else having the same problems?

Bump! I'm very curious about this as well as it's quite annoying.
I figured I can import into iMovie but because that's AIC it takes up way more space.
Did you ever find a solution?
