I have transfer my viedo to mu ipod only sound no picture?

Hi
i have convert my file to mpge4 (to ipod file) and i have transfer it to the ipod but i cant se any picture only sound.
Dose anyone outhere know why?

I converted my videos in itunes and then uploaded them to my ipod and they have only the picture and no sound. I want to know how to fix this problem too.
