how do you move your documents from mobile me(idisk) and upload them to icloud?

You don't. There is no equivalent of iDisk in iCloud. You need to copy your documents from iDisk to your computer. You can then use one of many third-party data storage services such as SugarSync, ADrive, or MediFire to store your iDisk documents.
