Map App for iTouch

I have a iTouch 3 Gen. 32GB. iOS 5

I want to put a Map App on it for long distance Bike riding. And since I'll be in places where Wi-Fi isn't available,it'll have to be Fully Downloaded on to my iTouch. That way I can pick a State,City,Town,Park,Highway,Interstate,Road,etc. and Zoom in and see where I'm at,What's around me. And hopefully have a "Search" Function. So I can "Enter" where I'm at and "Find" a Geographic Location. Plus a "Route"/"Routing" Feature too.

A App that is "Bikecentric" would be great. But not necessary if it doesn't exist. As long as it could do what I want,and hopefully more.
